100-Day Returns

We offer a 100-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.

Canceling an Order

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
